Blah Blah Blahbeedeeblahblah

Yes, right, ok... so I went shopping and spent $80 and am not satisfied, but compromise is what life is about so whooptdy doo and onward through the night. I bought a few pair of sandals. Four, actually. %5.98, %14.98, and 2 at $10.98, and none of them are rubber form sitting like the ones I found somewhere for $10 (maybe Target, maybe Kohls, who knows). They will all contour to my foot to some degress, but they are not comfortable for long walking like the others yet and are not as comfortable as the others were at purchase (which is why I chose the others, duh).

Yes, I am still grumbling, but I shall try to be hopeful about the new footwear. Additional grumble is reserved for the additional spending I did for my butt. That's right, I beike down a bought stuff for my anal fissure (which is just about all healed now, but I have stuff for longer term prevention of recurrence. Two travel pillows will serve as a comfortable donut to sit on because they did not have the ready-made foam pillow with the cut out and the plastic blow up ring would not work for what this body needs which is weight off the coccyx while sitting. Everyday ultra thin panty liners for when I use cream to soften the tissue that becomes a fissue (I will probably do that for a while longer just to be sure of the healing now that the butt has learned how to create the little devils). Flushable wipes (though I don't flush them because we have a septic system here) because toilet paper is contraindicated for this particular malady.

I wandered around looking for stuff until I found the pillows and found Powerade Zero for $0.75 a large bottle so I bought 14 of them so I will have electrolyte drinks without calories for long days in the sun. They use Sucrolose which I thought was ok, but I probably will not be buying Powerade Zero again because I was just reminded why consuming chemicals that fool the taste buds are unwise. After all, this is why I do not drink Diet Dew or any diet soda. All together now, Doh!

I might try Zevia which is uses Stevia and other more natural no-calorie sweeteners when i want a sweet carbonated drink. The product comes in all the usual flavors (I am not sure how much of the flavoring or coloring is artificial though so I may need to do more research (More in-depth than Wiki, old news, sales pitches, or
treehuggers, though I love treehuggers).

I may never know who this person is, but this is one of my favorite photos ever. The shot really turns me on. :)

Meanwhile, returning from one of my longest-running hippie fantasies... I'll search for some newer science on Stevia and taste the stuff mixed in (stevia, erythritol and monk fruit) to sweeten Zevia myself one of these days. Cuz science can surprise you, m'ok?

Back to Zevia for another moment yet again, cost is a factor as the best price I've seen (on Amazon) is just under $1 doe a 12 ounce a can qhen purchased in 24 packs and it ranges up to $1.35 a can at Wal-Mart but I just found it on Target's website for $0.83 a can (go Target!) and they say it is available in stores. Still not what I'd consider economical or sensible for my budget, but it is an options I will consider when I really want a carbonated sweet drink.

Where were we?... Ah, my shopping trip. Now where did all that grumbling go? See what a good fantasy can do, distract and relieve all the stress. I onviously need more sex, I mean hippie fantasy in my life. Or both, both would be sweet. Sweet, Treehugger, Zevia, I get it. lol lam laa :)

Ok, so I bought some stuff and I will make it work. I shoved a 2x4 halfway into one of the shrunken shoes to see if I can stretch it out. It would only fit halfway, so I will work on shoving it the rest of the way through if the stretching works. All four are curled upward now due to the shrinking. Dumb 120+ degree car lol. Blame it on the sun (right Stevie? lol). Ok, I am apparently over my little hissy fit and all it took was the distraction of a good internet search, a hippie fantasy, the prospect of being able to enjoy soda now and then, and two trael pillows which actually need adjusting now that I am noticing them. Or something like that. :)

I suppose the subtitle for this entry could be Sweet Dreams, Good For What Ails You because that would be a bit more accurate than Sex, Good For What Ails You even though the latter would probably attract the bigger audience. That is what titles and sub-titles are there for, after all, attracting a reader to open the book or scroll down and read more. I don't supposed Blah Blah Blahbeedeeblahblah is going to get much press, aye? (I am self-amusing quite well tonight, in case you haven't noticed... I could be putting a smiley face or chuckle, giggle, or guffaw, even, after each line, but that might distract you from the scintillating content lol lam law :) ).

Cards were fun. I am losing interest in who wins and loses which is a great thing. I think I won two out of four games we played which were Hearts, Hearts, Spades, and Spades in that order. In terms of player ability, Hearts is an individual player (cutthroat) game, but Spades is partners. I had the weakest partner in Spades so I challenged myself to really concentrate the second Spades game to see if we could win and we did. Elton, Excel, Knobby, Curly, were there tonight. Dinner was cheesburgers, hot dogs, and mushroom--onion-beans with plenty of meats (pulled pork, pork loin, and a hot dog tossed in... the mushroom--onions-beans side dish is where all the meat not eaten goes and it is always yummy).

So I drove home and when I brought my footwear in from the car I discovered the sever shrimkage and deformation and ranting or whined or whatever I did in the previous entry then I went out and spent money to get new footwear that is subppar but will have to do and other stuff and here we are, concluding this entry with a smile and a laugh and the sun about to rise. Softball at 8:30 tonight so I must get some decent sleep today. Life goes on, with or without the propser footwear. Or sex, even.

Make today a great day, you can if you want to. :)
